Thanks for using Cursor Claw. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

You can control whether you want to provide your information to the app, the app will ask about it on first launch. The app does not require you to provide any information to use its core features. But the information you provide will help us improve the app and provide you with a better experience.

The app will send anonymous usage data to our servers to help us improve the app and provide you with a better experience. This data may include:

  • The app launch event.
  • The app version.
  • The operating system version.
  • The device model.
  • The configurations used.
  • The cursor modes used.
  • Crash reports (if any).

We do not collect any personal information, user information, or application usage data that can identify you personally. The data collected is used solely for improving the app and providing you with a better experience.

All analytics data will be sent to https://analytics.expressionloss.com.

The app requires the following permissions to provide its core features:

  • Accessibility API

    With this permission, the app can implement two features:

    1. Recognize UI elements on the screen, so you can move the cursor between different UI elements;
    2. Observe and mutate keyboard inputs, so you can control the mouse with the keyboard.

Our analytics server is hosted on Netlify, and the analytics data is stored in database provided by Supabase. We do not share this data with any third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App’s features or changes in laws and regulations. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect within our App and will be published on this page along with the update date.
